Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between Pro and Active at renewal time. Enterprise engagements are scoped with our sales team and can be adjusted as your team grows.

Do I have to enable SMS alerts?

No. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Every plan includes full dashboard access, and you can reply STOP to any text at any time.

How does billing work?

Pro and Active are billed annually by card through our payment processor. Charges appear on your statement as BEELINEIQ.COM. Enterprise plans are invoiced under a custom agreement.
