Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Beeline Holdings, Inc. (“BeelineIQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Subscriber accounts are intended for self-directed investors and research professionals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Access & Subscriptions

Access to research briefings and the Equity Engine is granted through a subscription plan. Where a paid subscription applies, it renews automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the then-current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We may adjust pricing or packaging upon reasonable notice. If you have been granted complimentary or evaluation access, the terms of that grant control the scope and duration of your access.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
  • No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or interference with the Services.
  • No redistribution of subscription content outside your licensed seat.
  • Comply with carrier and CTIA guidelines for all SMS communications.

4. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant BeelineIQ a license to process Customer Data to provide and improve the Services. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including equity analytics content, software, documentation, designs, and trademarks. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

6. SMS Program (Signal Alerts & Earnings Watch)

By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from Beeline Holdings, Inc. (operating as “BeelineIQ”) regarding two event-driven notification programs:

  • Signal Alerts: a notification when a ticker on your watched list triggers a technical signal in the Equity Engine (moving-average crosses, RSI zones, 52-week breakouts, and volume anomalies).
  • Earnings Watch: earnings calendar alerts and post-print recap summaries for tickers on your watched list (upcoming report dates, consensus estimates, and plain-language recaps after each print).

You may opt in to SMS alerts at the dedicated opt-in page at https://beeline-iq.com/sms/opt-in, which offers tabs for Signal Alerts and Earnings Watch. Both opt-in types require separate Terms agreement and SMS consent checkboxes (unchecked by default). SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Messages are transactional and event-driven; they contain market data only, no promotional content, and no buy/sell recommendations.

Message frequency varies based on triggered technical signal events and earnings calendar activity. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Opt-Out of SMS

You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will process it immediately, cease sending SMS messages, and send a confirmation message. You may resubscribe by replying START.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND EQUITY ANALYTICS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Market data content is data only: it does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, an offer, a solicitation, or legal or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Beeline Holdings, Inc. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The courts of Rhode Island shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
